We understand that buying a new kitchen or bedroom can seem like a huge or daunting task. That’s why we provide a refined process that will take any stress or worry out of choosing, buying and having your new dream room fitted.

Premier Service - At Premier we are committed to providing a level of service that is second to none. The kitchen is the soul of your home and the bedroom an escape from your worries. Our aim is to provide you with the healthy relaxed environment that you deserve in the easiest possible way. Be inspired! Browse our ranges or have a full demonstration at your nearest showroom, order a brochure to peruse with a cup of tea on the sofa, create your own online wishlist to scrapbook your favourites and when you're ready to create your dream room, book an appointment for your free computer generated 3D Plan & Design.

Research meeting - One of our experienced Design Consultants will visit you in your home bringing samples with them, allowing you to view the various colours in the natural light of your own room. They will also go through your 'Premier Wishlist' with you. This is an invaluable tool when it comes to the designing of your new kitchen or bedroom, as it gives you the opportunity to let us know exactly what you would like to see in your new dream room. Your Design Consultant will use this to ensure your design is perfectly tailored to suit your needs.

Exclusive presentation pack - Using the latest 3D computer technology your Design Consultant will use the information from the research meeting to create your tailor made design. You will then be invited to your local showroom to receive your personalised presentation pack and quotation. You are able to discuss Finance Options with your designer to suit your needs. At this point we ask for joint partners to attend the appointment to make any final decisions.

Measurement check - Whether you have taken advantage of our fully fitted service, or are planning to fit your new kitchen or bedroom yourself, after placing your order we will arrange for one of our Technical Surveyors to visit you and double check all measurements and services to the room to ensure a perfect fit. We are committed to making the installation of your new room as simple and efficient as possible with the minimum of disruption to your every day life at home.

Installation / delivery - You will have previously been advised of the week commencing date for your installation/delivery. On the Thursday prior to this week our Installations Department will call you to confirm the starting date, time and name of your fitter. The Installations Department will be your first point of contact for any questions before and during your installation/delivery.

Efficient installation / delivery - The fitter will will start by removing your old kitchen or bedroom free of charge and then the electrical and gas work can begin. We insist that all electric and gas standards are met, you can rest assured that all gas work will be carried out by a Gas Safe registered member and any electrical work will be checked by a Part P qualified electrician and the relevant certificates will be issued. They will then ensure your new room is fitted as quickly and efficiently as possible. Ready fit deliveries will be attended by a member of Premier who will check off your delivery, ready for your own installation.
