We understand that buying a new kitchen or bedroom can be a daunting task and that there are many considerations to be made. We aim to provide you with all of the help that you will need to make this process as easy as possible for you. All of the members of staff that you will meet during the Premier Service are fully experienced and will be more than happy to answer your questions, in the meantime we have taken the liberty of compiling a list of some of the most common questions that we are asked. Where are your showrooms located?
 
Do I have to make an appointment to visit one of your showrooms?
No, you can visit our showrooms at your leisure to browse the products on display. Our knowledgeable Demonstrators are on hand in all of the Showrooms to offer advice. Click here to find your nearest showroom.
 
Do you install nationwide?
No. We are a local company and only service the surrounding areas of our showrooms for more information please call our Head Office.
 
What is the price range of your Kitchen and Bedrooms?
The price varies for each individual kitchen and bedroom depending on size, products that you wish to include etc. For this reason we offer a FREE plan and design service, this allows you to find out exactly how much your new room will cost and there is no obligation to buy.
 
Do you supply appliances, sinks, taps etc?
Yes we do. We have a large variety of different appliances, you can find here
 
Do you supply worktops?
Yes, we have a selection of different worktops to choose from here
 
Do you supply kitchen doors only?
No, I am afraid this isn’t something we do due to being a specialist fitted kitchen company.
 
What does bespoke mean?
It means they are made to order and therefore can be done to any size. This allows us to ensure that every inch of space in your room is used to it’s full potential.
 
Plan & Design Process
What is the Premier Wish List?
The Premier Wish List is an invaluable tool when it comes to designing your perfect room. It gives you the opportunity to let us know exactly what you would like to see in your dream room. In a checklist format it goes through all uses of the room and allows you to specify any specific items that would help you with the day to day use of the room.
 
Do you charge for the 3D Designs?
No, they are completely free and you have no obligation to buy. 
 
How do I make an appointment?
You can either visit your local showroom or fill out a Book a Design Appointment Form on our website.
 
How quickly can I arrange an appointment for a Design Consultant to visit me?
We aim to see all of our customers within 3 days.
 
How long will my appointment take?
Your initial appointment will take approximately one and a half to two hours.
 
What will happen at my appointment?
Your Design Consultant will take measurements of your room and will also discuss your specific requirements. They will have samples with them so that you can see what the different colours will look like in the natural light of your own home. The Design Consultant will then invite you back to your local showroom where they will present you with your design and quote.
 
What happens after the design consultant has visited my home?
The design consultant will then create your free 3D Design using our CAD (Computer Aided Design) software. They will put together your quotation and ensure that this is ready for your next meeting with them back in the showroom.
 
How do I find out the price of my kitchen or bedroom?
Your second appointment will be with your Design Consultant back at your local showroom. At this point they will provide you with a personalised presentation pack that will contain colour images of your new room, the quotation and finance options that may be available to you.  
 
Why do I have to have a second appointment in the showroom?
Buying a new kitchen or bedroom is a large purchase and there are a number of things to consider when looking to do this and we don’t want you to feel rushed. By meeting back in the showroom it allows you time to re-look at the samples and displays and make any changes to the design that you may wish to make. You will have also had time to think about the information that the Design Consultant went through with you at the initial appointment and may have further questions which can be answered at this stage. 
 
Will I receive a copy of my design?
Yes, all customers are given a personalised Premier Presentation Pack when they arrive back in the showroom to finalise their plan. The pack holds your quote, finance options, a breakdown of the items included within the design and 3D computer generated images of your room so that you can see exactly what it will look like.
 
My partner cannot attend the appointment - will you visit me on my own?
The purchase of a new fitted kitchen or bedroom is a big decision to make and therefore we feel that all parties involved should be at the appointment. However if there are extenuating circumstances then we would visit you on your own but we do not offer this service in the evenings or at weekends. We would always ask that joint partners attend the appointment in the showroom when the quote and design are presented.
 
Technical Survey
What is a Technical Survey?
A Technical Survey is where we will double check all measurements and services to your room. At this point we will also double check all colours and products with you. 
 
Standards
Are you a member of any standards authorities?
Yes we have a TrustMark and a Fira Gold Certificate for installation and product.  
 
Are you Gas Safe registered?
Yes we are Gas Safe registered.
 
Do your kitchens come with a guarantee?
Yes, they come with a 15 year cabinet guarantee. Our doors have a 3 or 5 year warranty depending on range chosen and this information can be found in our brochures.
 
Installation/Delivery
Can we fit the kitchen/bedroom ourselves?
Yes, we offer a supply only option.
 
Will you call me to confirm my installation/delivery date?
Yes, you will receive a call the week before to confirm the exact date.
 
How long will the kitchen/bedroom take to install?
This varies on the size of the installation and whether buildings works are included. 
 
Do you carry out all the electrics and plumbing?
Yes, we offer the complete package with our fitted service.
 
Who will take our old kitchen away?
We take the old kitchen away apart from fridges and freezers.
 
Can you dispose of our old appliances?
Yes, apart from fridges and freezers.
 
Payment
What are your payment options? Do you offer finance?
Yes we do offer finance. We have a number of different payment options all available to suit you, for more information please click here
 
Do you charge for delivery?
